| MERSC 2009 |

MERSC 2009 took place from 6-13 June 2009 at McDaniel
College in Westminster, MD. Sixteen students, including five from
outside the region, were presented their Certificates of Completion by
Col Joseph Vazquez, CAP, the Middle East Region Commander. The speaker for the Dining Out
was Brig. Gen. Jim Jaeger (USAF, Ret.), the first Air Force General Officer to be a CAP Spaatz cadet.
Special guests included Col Roy Douglass, CAP, NC Wing Commander, and Lt Col John Knowles, CAP,
MD Wing Vice Commander, both former Directors of MER Region Staff College. |
